What I collect
When you request an appointment I collect your name, email address and mobile number, the treatment and time you choose, and whether you agreed to the privacy policy and to offers and news.
Why I collect it
To manage your appointment: to review and confirm your request, send your confirmation and reminder, and get in touch if something changes.
If you tick the box for offers and news, I'll also email you now and then. It's optional, booking works without it, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
How long I keep it
I keep your details only as long as I need them to manage your appointments and keep my business records.
Your choices
Email admin@karunaesthetics.com to ask for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to have them deleted. You can also ask me to stop offers and news at any time.
